Cross Training - This class is for everyone, however if you are new to Cross Training, it is mandatory you take our On-Ramp program before you attend a Cross Training class. Our On-Ramp program consists of 8 Conditioning and 2 Olympic Lifting classes. If you have Cross Training experience, but are new to our gym, it is also mandatory that you talk with our head coach to assess your abilities. Contact us to schedule your consultation.
