Conditioning - This is Otter Point Athletics’ entry level program that focuses on high intensity interval training, and introduces a lift each class focusing on technique. New members are required to complete 8 Conditioning Classes and 2 Olympic Lifting classes prior to attending regular Cross Training classes. Although this class is intended for newcomers regular members looking to advance their cardio are welcome to join.
Olympic Lifting - This class focuses strictly on Olympic Lifting and open to Beginners wanting more time to focus on technique and experienced members who already possess good lifting form, and are looking to push their one rep max and obtain new PRs.
Cross Training - These are intermediate/advanced classes where you are already comfortable with the exercises and the movements. If you are new to Cross Training, it is mandatory you take 8 of our Conditioning and 2 Olympic Lifting Classes before you attend a Cross Training class. If you have Cross Training experience, but are new to our gym, it is mandatory that you meet with a coach to assess your abilities. Contact us to schedule your consultation.
