If you’re new to Cross Training and Olympic Lifting don’t worry, our program is designed to meet any skill level. To ensure you are comfortable, please contact us so we can discuss:
  • Your personal health and fitness goals

Want to join? We have two beginner options for your convenience! ​

We have developed a Conditioning Class to help newcomers feel comfortable in our space; these classes are also great for our regular members looking to increase their cardio. The focus of this program is to review the fundamentals, build core strength, and increase cardio. Beginners will be expected to attend a minimum of 8 Conditioning and 2 Olympic Lifting classes before transitioning to Cross Training classes if they choose to do so. We do have members that prefer to attend only the conditioning classes.
