SCHEDULE
Due to the new order of the provincial health officer, all classes and high intensity workouts will be suspended until further notice. Members will be able to reserve a 45 minute spot in our open gym time slots, and can choose from 1 of 6 different low intensity weightlifting exercises to do on their own. There will be a supervisor on site to ensure everyone is adhering to the strict protocols. Masks are mandatory in all common areas but can be removed when working out.

Founded in 2015 by Rick Read, Otter Point Athletics has grown to include a community of like-minded individuals with a passion for fitness and healthy living. Our goal is to bring greater health and fitness to all who seek it through a commitment to form, function, and the pursuit of excellence.

At Otter Point Athletics, we strive to make our facility a positive and welcoming place where individuals not only train, but are also surrounded by positive coaches and friendly people.

Our gym is inclusive to all fitness levels and provides inspiration, encouragement and accountability to each athlete.
